Accounts & keys you provide
Merchant account keys
Your Stripe or Square keys let Iris charge cards. You paste them into a secure setting — I never see them.
Email sending
Connect an email account so the messages Iris already writes actually send.
Abuse protection key
A free reCAPTCHA key turns on App Check so bots can't spam your forms.
Staff accounts
Emails for your team (baker, counter, cake specialist, delivery) so each gets the right access.
Confirm the numbers
Deposit amount
Confirm the deposit percentage. It's set to 25% as a placeholder.
Tax handling
Confirm how tax should apply by category so totals are exact.
Lead times & quote validity
Confirm how far ahead orders are needed and how long a quote stays valid.
Nothing here changes what customers see today — it only switches on the parts that need your accounts and approval.
